The above fees are due and payable prior to the examination or testimony. Every endeavor will be made to accommodate your client on a timely basis. We pride ourselves on efficient completion of reports. Should there be any questions that you have, now or in the future, we will be happy to discuss them with you. Civil litigation We understand the nature of a long-term commitment as an expert for civil litigation. These cases can sometimes go on for many years. In this regard, our availability will be continuous on a long-term basis. We will be able to see your case through from start to finish. It is necessary to schedule our time in advance for these purposes. As much notice as possible is appreciated, however, we do understand that sometimes you have very little advance notice. We will accommodate you to the best of our abilities at these times. Our fees for this type of examination and follow-up are available upon request.
