Specializing in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation cases.
In conjunction with helping your client, we will evaluate the medical issues and provide you with the appropriate protocol and documentation to expedite your litigation needs. As Orthopedic experts, we believe in making decisions and executing them quickly. This will provide you with a timely and efficient work product.
Most joint replacements are successful. When one undergoes early failure it could be due to poor prosthesis design or implant failure.
One of the most common slip and fall injuries, especially in winter. The standard treatment for this is open reduction and internal fixation with metal plates and screws. Most of the pitfalls in the treatment of this problem are postoperative. Not all of these fractures heal at the same rate. Careful serial follow up x-rays are mandatory.
A very common injury. The mechanism of force that causes this injury is twisting. The meniscus is the shock absorber of the knee. It resists forces very well when it is compressed, but it is weak in resisting torque. Treatment is operative through minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques.
A herniated disk is a painful, trauma induced condition. It symptomatically gives pain and neurologic dysfunction requiring invasive treatment.
We are happy to participate in the legal endeavors of your clients. We will provide examinations and reports for the many types of cases you may encounter. Below are listed our services.
We are happy to participate in the legal endeavors of your clients. We will provide examinations and reports for the many types of cases you may encounter. Below are listed our services and fees.
Workers compensation
In workers compensation, we conform to the usual rules of the State of New Jersey
The above fees are due and payable prior to the examination or testimony. Every endeavor will be made to accommodate your client on a timely basis. We pride ourselves on efficient completion of reports. Should there be any questions that you have, now or in the future, we will be happy to discuss them with you.
Civil litigation
We understand the nature of a long-term commitment as an expert for civil litigation. These cases can sometimes go on for many years. In this regard, our availability will be continuous on a long-term basis. We will be able to see your case through from start to finish. It is necessary to schedule our time in advance for these purposes. As much notice as possible is appreciated, however, we do understand that sometimes you have very little advance notice. We will accommodate you to the best of our abilities at these times. Our fees for this type of examination and follow-up are available upon request.
Sometimes you or your client just require an experienced second opinion. We provide these services as well. Our fee for this examination and report is dependent on the size of the record review necessary. These fees are also due and payable prior to the examination and report.
